BREAKING THE CYCLE

Personal Work

Living with PMS, I feel like half of my life is governed by a complex, cyclical force called hormones. For the longest time, it felt like something was wrong with me—until I came across an article that shifted everything. It said: “The body is not betraying you. It’s working hard to recalibrate. These signals—these symptoms—are the body's way of fighting for balance. The hormones aren’t chaos, they’re caretakers, keeping you in survival mode.”

That hit deep. It was a reminder to listen more closely. To stop battling my body and start entrusting it. This moment became the beginning of a journey into self-discovery—and beyond that,
self-love.
